I went in for 2 teeth extractions. I was ridiculously nervous but not because of the extractions. I have PTSD from my daughter having 2 bone marrow transplants and being sedated over and over again. It was definitely a trigger for me to be sedated. The ENTIRE staff was caring, understanding, sweet and patient with me. Dr. May was like an old friend that just had all the right words to relax me. Tracy Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics is been a long road as many of you know I had lost my teeth due to not taking care of them but thank you for doctor Khaled Entabi for placing these beautiful teeth in my mouth and giving me another shot to smile again. 10/10, they provide really awesome service, are quite friendly and explain procedures really well. they also have free coffee and hot chocolate which is pretty cool, but I don't recommend drinking this before an exam, or else ur dentist will silently judge your stinky breath lol
Honor your appointment times....making people wait an hour past their appointment is so rude and disrespectful to your customers....not even letting them know you are running late or offering a change in time...poor customer service.
Broke my tooth today and leaving for vacation tomorrow. Dr. Entabi not only fit me in, but is doing everything necessary to allow me to smile in vacay pics! Everyone is going above and beyond to help me today. Thank you Dr. Entabi and staff!!!
