Tracy was amazing! She helped us get the house in selling shape. She knows her stuff. We would have made much less on the house had she not educated us on the process. I would do business with her a thousand times over.
We were promised a new ac in our home and since it was November, it was put off until spring. Even though it was in the contract, Tracy and Tyler chose to get American home shield to get this done. Being a first time home buyer I trusted my Realitor to ensure this agreement to replace the outside ac condenser would be completed, it’s been 14 months now and still nothing but excuses . We trusted Tracy and she really let us down but she got paid
I met Tracy in 2016 and since then she has helped me buy, sell, then buy again. I’ll continue using her for all of my real estate needs because she is quick to problem solve, easy to communicate with, and makes the home buying and selling process so easy!
Tracy is amazing ! She has gone above and beyond for us, before and after closing on our house! Very compassionate, caring, she knows a good house when she sees one!
