This has been the worst experience ever. I called to ask about wait time and a guy answered and was rude. I still decided to go, they sat me down and a guy did my pedicure. He was insistent on me getting one of the more expensive package. 1-6 , I got number 4 and he kept insisting on getting a more expensive one. Then as he was doing my nails he kept pointing out how much cuticle I had and kept commenting saying oh my god, wow! Mind you I get my feet done atleast once a month. It's okay nothing special, wish they cleaned toes better!
I went today to take off acrylics and in their page said $10 for take off and last time i paid that ,today all of the sudden they charged me $15 for the same thing. I am very disappointed and won’t came back there anymore. False price advertisement .
Very disappointed with my recent visit. I usually go to Andrew, who does great work, but he wasn’t there this time. The worker who did my nails was rude when I asked to fix the shape, and the nails looked nothing like the photo I showed. The tips were much thicker than requested, and the colors didn’t match what I asked for. They also didn’t let me switch colors when I wasn’t happy.
