I've been here a couple times and they never fail me or my nails, love it! Can't wait to go back again.
I was very unhappy with a pedicure I got here a couple weeks ago. They were understaffed and unprofessional. I had 2 people working on my feet and I felt rushed. They didn't put any foot salts for me to soak my toes in, my feet were in plain warm water, I sat there for like 30 min before someone took my feet out the water to work on them. There was also some woman wearing a hoodie who the nail tech called to come in, and I guess she's like an assistant because all she did was massage my legs.
