So pathetic! Dirty and horrible job on nails. I called later to express my disappointment and was hung up on with an "ok, thank you" like she didn't know what I was saying. She must not have been happy when I said someone else's nail clippings were on the towel they left lay on the station they used for mea, state board will be hearing about my feelings!

This was the worst pedicure I ever had. Not relaxing and not worth the money. Hardly cut my cuticles, filed my toenails into points (I had to ask her to fix them like 5 times) and did not paint in strokes she dabbed at them. It took her 15 minutes to paint one coat and the Polish was all over my skin and a disaster. When she finished painting them, she had to go around each toe with nail polish remover, it literally took about 30 minutes just for her to paint the base coat, two coats and the top coat. They don't have enough employees working here. 2 people try to juggle 10 customers. The wait is long and the service is poor. By the time they get your pedicure started your water is cold and they rush through your treatment to get the next. Not a relaxing experience at all. Worst nail salon in York. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

they were not good at all i went and they did not hear a word that i said. that is the last time that i go there! i know that there is a star there but they said that i had to put it there.
