Tracy was so wonderful to work with, if we could give her more stars we would! ?????????????????????????? She was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, so great with negotiation and priced our home perfectly! I don’t think anyone could have done it better. Don’t even get me started about the beautiful job she did staging our home. Through this experience we didn’t gain just a great realtor, I’d say we gained a great friend! So, If you are looking for the perfect realtor look no further, it’s Tracy Nafe!

Simply put, Tracy is the best. Not only is she one of the kindest people you could ever hope to meet, she is an amazing realtor! My husband and I began looking for a home right before the beginning of the Covid pandemic which was an uncertain time for everyone, and the real estate market was still extremely competitive. She always went out of her way to ensure I was informed when it came to details about the house, the local area, and incredible professional advice. Tracy went above and beyond to make the selling and buying of my home go as smoothly as possible. She made sure I understood everything and that I got the best bang-for-my-buck so to speak. Tracy is the ultimate residential realty pro, in good and bad times, pre pandemic, during, and hopefully post pandemic. She is the best realtor I've experienced or dealt with, bar none. Tracy was able to write up an effective offer last Sept. 2020 on a property that was accepted and trumped other competing offers, due to her suggested offer package. She clearly understands the current overheated sellers market and what it takes to win an offer in a reasonable manner.
