Tracy was great…until she disappeared . I tried phoning Tracy and all lines directed to All States customer support line. When I asked, I was told that this agency is no longer assisting customers and I had to have All State move me to a new agent. Feels like a ball was dropped - I was not informed or contacted about any of this. If you are a current customer with this agent, call All State to get a new agent ASAP. If you are looking for an agent, go with someone else.
Your phone service is horrible
None of us want to think about insurance until we have a crisis. I can tell you nobody gives you a quicker response than Tracy’s team. They not only answer within minutes they help you navigate all the confusing curves for the “your” best outcomes. They work on the issues as long as it takes and keep you informed along the way. They personally know how bad it “sucks” to have transportation problems that can cause financial burdens. You want them when you have a problem, trust me!
