Tracy was always on time and one step ahead of everyone. She followed up on all the details for our offer, escrow, and closing. Believe me there an are ton of details with a purchase at Leisure World in Seal Beach. She didn’t miss a beat. Very much a delight to work with and always positive about our new place. Tracy helped us close on the first and only house which we made an offer. She really knows the West Garden Grove area well (floor plans, parks, listings). Since she lives in the area, she is aware of upcoming listings through estate sales, neighbors, etc. Tracy helped me schedule/manage/be there for many inspections (home, termite, roof, sewer) which was time consuming.
