Dr Pierson is always personable, confident, and very thorough. Easy to talk to and understood what was happening, and that all my questions were answered. I'm very fortunate that she has been my Primary Dr. for twenty-six years! Kaiser Administration/Management can be difficult to deal with.. Most do not return calls. Very little follow through from medicare customer service. Patients could use better advocacy at the management side. Working with other departments I have had other issues with scheduling urgent medical tests.... read more
Dr. Anderson was wonderful! Kind, considerate and through! She answered all my questions and made me feel reassured. Rooming staff was wonderful as well! This team is a 10/10!!
