I truly enjoy working at Tracy Hough State Farm. The office has an open and friendly environment that makes you feel at home. I'm challenged each day, motivated to do my best and feel supported Tracy and the team. Tracy helps us with growing and accomplishing not only our professional goals, but also our personal. By the way everyone works with our policyholders it shows that they really do care and they aren't just a number. The entire team wants the best for everyone.

VERY DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE OFFICE. With all the options available today for insurance, customer service and Trust are at a premium. This office failed at both miserably. Called after a minor collision with a family member. I was considering my options to either pay out-of-pocket or file a claim. I called the office with very detailed information of the incident and all estimates. I specifically asked the possible ramifications of filing a claim. I wanted to do the math.
