Tracy is a terrific realtor. Her knowledge of area properties is most impressive, and was extremely helpful to me in evaluating condominium buildings and associations. I can't imagine a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Tracy is the BEST. She was very helpful with advice about what improvements/changes to make in advance of selling and she provided up-to-date information on comps in the neighborhood before we agreed on a price to list my house. She was also very hands on - sweeping the sidewalks before the photographer came, helping to keep plants watered even after the house sold so the new owners weren't faced with dead plants in the garden.
