Upping my review to 4 stars from a 2 because of the maintenance worker named Addy. She is far superior to any staff in the office or on the maintenance crew that I have met at Tracy creek so far. As for Tracy creek goes they for the most part feel like a rip off. Charging the same high rates for updated units as they are old. Currently transferring into what I was told was an “updated” one bed unit that has cabinets from the 90s.
