Been going to McKay for years . I have been able to talk Frankly and Openly to him. He is easy to talk to and listens well. His office staff is friendly & wonderful when I call for anything pertaining to appointments, getting my referrals, script refills or questions to relay to Dr. McKay. His assistant, Brandi in office, has always been very helpful through the years as in if she can't answer the question, she will call me by end of day with and answer. My visit scheduled one day after I left the hospital.Dr. McKay and reviewed my records was able to fill in the gaps at the hospital left. He went over all of my health records and as always listened to my questions or concerns.

Staff was prepared for my visit. The doctor reviewed all of my records and test results. We discussed the best practices that I should be doing to maintain my health. We also had a nice discussion about our daily lives snd the quality of my life style. My wife and I have never had anything but a good experience with this practice. Every one in this office is professional , pleasant, and just great!

Very thorough, extremely professional. My first visit lasted around 1 hour with the doctor going over my history and answering all my questions.
Both my wife and I were patients of Dr. McKay over the past years. He's a very good and knowledgeable doctor and I like his frank approach. He does not put up with people who will not participate in their own care. I can see that some might find this off-putting, but I'd rather have good medicine than a good buddy. If you're serious about addressing your health issues, I recommend him highly.
Very Poor Dr. Worst Dr my husband and I ever saw. Poor listener. Talked to me in a very rude way more then once. Ease of scheduling is easy, because he has no patients.
