Yea he did the same to me...said he would give me a two month period where if i had to be off work to postpone my car payment and he came and repoed my car. On top of that the repo man almost ran my husband off the road just to get the car, then dragged the car from my house cause he asked to see papers..He sucks as a car dealer...
He is rude, but the only real problem is they never answer the dang phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is some guy there that just needs to learn how to treat people. I went there once looking for a small car and instead of the dude getting up and showing me what he had on the lot, he tells me to go out and look. So i left. Then later on i called to ask about a car and i asked what other small cars he had, he said "we have several"...and when i asked if he could tell me over the phone, he said "are you going to pay me over the phone?"..!
