The staff at this store barely know their job and where they work. It took me an hour longer than expected bc nobody knew where anything was at or if they even had it. It was around 11 am but the staff seemed as though they were still asleep. Big disappointment.

I visited Tractor Supply recently and was impressed with how well the staff handled a busy day. Despite being short-staffed and slammed, they went out of their way to assist every customer. I purchased a large item that required some tricky maneuvering with the forklift to fit into my truck with a canopy. Gabriel took on the challenge and made it look effortless! His skill, patience, and professionalism were top-notch. Thank you to the team for making a hectic day a great experience for your customers!
My Brother and I came in and we were greeted by a smiling face! Her name was Kaela. We had questions and she helped us without any hesitation.
