I was in your White Plains store to try on work boots, and every boot in the store has a loss prevention tag. I asked an associate to remove the tags from the boots I wanted to try on, and she refused, saying "We don't do that". This is the worst example of customer service I've ever seen. I will not buy a pair of work boots, which I would be wearing for hours at a time, without trying them on, and the tags made it impossible to see how comfortable they would be.
