I checked stock on an item and drive 30 minutes to get it. When I got there even though they checked also the item wasn't there. Michael, the manager, went above and beyond and got them from Valdosta and delivered them to my door
Customer service is the absolute worst in the Lake City store! Stood in the checkout line for 20 minutes with both registers open! I will be going to Central States Enterprise to get my stuff from now on!
Horrible Customer Service. Bought a generator that failed within 30 days and they wouldn't replace and would only repair it. Well 7 months later I am still waiting for a resolution. Had to be a harbor freight generator at the time the generac failed and it is still working fine. Michael was no help at all and rude to be honest. Only help I got was from Jenifer. No military discount here, can get everything we need elsewhere. Even the employees are apologetic.
New location is GREAT ! Will be even better when roadwork is done. GREAT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE employees.
