my father bought a piece of equipment , went to pick it up and it was broken and damaged. they offered him a 5% discount . this has happened multiple times. stop selling returned broken/ damaged items at full price, then offer a joke of a discount at 5% . Shady Shady Shady. yall a joke.

Terrible website. Terrible Customer Service! I tried to place a $170 order online, but their inventory counts were incorrect. After contacting the store twice I was told their inventory was corrected so I could complete my online purchase. Called back and spoke with "Manager Heather" and she indicated that there was no way to complete my purchase online. If this is the best Tractor Supply can do, they should close the store.
Woman overdosed my dog with wormer apparently a common problem with them he now has seizures the last to the point he now has no function of his legs
I been doing business now with this Tractor Supply for (5) FIVE years, I NEVER had a problem with this store. The bad review is uncalled for! This gent was in a bad mood before going into the store. I always had good help in this store when the items I was looking for was not out on the shelves they would go in the back and see if it was in stock. just visited tractor supply lake City and they want me to stand in line of eight people full Buggie's JUST to take off the shoplifting things off boots I bought already and the worker didn't take them off. I had to make a special trip up here because worker didn't do thier job the first time. After going back in there a manager"maybe" took them off while complaining the whole time how it was Live Oaks fault and not her job to do it!! I buy a $30 bag of dog food from there every week!! Not anymore!!
well i bought a pair of boots for my husband from the lake city tractor sopply i figured ill get the same boots hes worn time and time agine schmidt workwear 169dollars always good boots last usually a year this pair was defected or what but after 24 25 days his feet were getting wet we started looking at the boots closely and the entire boot is coming apart and there is a crack in the leather so i took them back i cant find the reciept anywere well end of story we wasted our money they wont let me return the not for cash we... read more
