We were in the McComb store around 4:00 today. A supervisor kept getting on the loudspeaker telling people to get this out of the aisle; "this shouldn't be handled twice"; there is this in the aisle. One thing after another, calling the employees by name. Very degrading for the employees. Unprofessional of the supervisor. when I tried to check out there were 4 employees at the other register. while I waited. We will be sure to bring this up to the District Manager and Store Manager, so that all our employees are aware of the type of service we should be providing to our customer!
The employees were very rude. I asked an employee where an item was located and he stated, “In the back where they supposed to be.” I asked a second employee for help with the item and this employee stated, “I’m on break I shouldn’t be helping you.” then walked away from me. The third employee who helped me pick out products to go along with this item told me, “You should just go back to the hillbillies.” I am moving from Maryville, TN back to McComb, MS and I have never experienced such a horrible customer service. Matilda (Manager) is the PERFECT example of what a supervisor SHOULD be! Online order got lost in transit and she did EVERYTHING she could including trying to go to wherever the order was to get it. When Tractor Supply, as a company, threw their hands up.....she DID NOT QUIT! Thank you, Matilda! And, yes, we will be sending an email.
