The floor staff at Tractor Supply are always helpful, professional, and deserve recognition for their great service. Unfortunately, my recent purchase was negatively impacted by poor management. Manager Elicia sold me a safe in advance without properly confirming inventory, and when I arrived for pickup, I was told the store never had it in stock. The employees here are always helpful and welcoming, with genuine smiles that make the experience pleasant. Their professionalism and attitude truly stand out. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was disappointing. On two occasions, her communication was dismissive and unprofessional, unlike the staff who are cooperative and respectful. Joey went above and beyond to help me at the store today while trying to fit a rocking chair into my car. He helped me to figure out how to take it apart, offered to let me borrow a ratchet set, and helped me to locate items in the store. Thank you again!
