Apparently corporate policy cancels an online order for store pickup in 48 hrs. Knowing this I always call the Winchester KY store to say don’t cancel I will be in the pick it up when I’m not tied up in the farm. Usually that works. Nightmare shopping experience.
Left out in the cold! Really? It's January! Here in KY it can snow and get below freezing well in to March! How is it that you consider wood pellets a seasonal item? I can underdstand you not carrying them in July. Corporate/management really failed the community on this one.
According to reviews I’m not the only one shopping for stove pellets! Normally stop here and grab some at least once a week because it’s still wintertime and cold as heck and for some reason they’re not stocking them now! Really inconvenient having to drive to another city to buy something that the store is refusing to order more of.
It is January 22nd and the temps have been below freezing. So like I do one to two times a week I went to Tractor Supply in Winchester Ky to get wood pellets for my stove which was also purchased at this same store. They had just a few bags left but they were busted open and some were wet so I couldn’t get them.
