I'm the 77 year old woman that my daughter was so upset about how elderly are treated at this location. she is indeed right about not the first time this has happened to me. I could complain much more about lack of service there. however, since this is only one of many, many times I was treated in such a manner, I see no reason to complain any longer. I will simply bring my business elsewhere. I'm sure my purchases will be appreciated by another business.
I am not sure why this store has such a high rating?? My 77 year old mother was there and bought 175 lbs of various types of feed. Well, she was not even asked if she needed assistance. Actually she was informed by Daniel, that they were an equal opportunity store and if she needed help she should ask. Well.. to my knowledge, I, not being a store employee, would see an older woman trying to handle 175 lbs of product, I at 140 lbs would have said, ma’am... let me do that for you. Recommendedso I went to Tractor Supply this morning and ordered my chicken food they were out of the kind I use so I ordered it they told me it would be delivered to my house for free and it could take up to 3 days I received it in 3 hours and They carried it to my door as I requested they are awesome Roadie.com delivered with great service can't say enough about the service and Tractor Supply stay safe and thanks again!!!
Great place. Very courteous staff. Great feed. Buy all my dog food there. They aim to please. If shelf is empty of my dog food they check the warehouse for more. Then they load it in my car.
I can’t say enough good things about this Tractor Supply. Always have whatever I need in stock. Managed very well and all of the employees are very professional and ready to help costumers. I drive across town and pass 5 available stores just to give them my business.
