Horrible customer serivce, lost my package and tried to claim it wasnt delivered and the ups tracking was wrong even though had the name of the store manager as the recipient. Didnt prioritize me at all nor help escalate, just stated they been trying to sort the delivery truck out....im not waiting for you to sort nothing out, fix your process for inventory, your in the wrong business if your that stressed out and get short with a customer......customers literally pay yalls checl. Dog wash station is so clean and orderly compared to the other one on Dorchester Rd. It is well lit, maintained and had all of the pieces for a working order experience. Groomers loop and belly band available. Working and easy to operate blow dryer. Combs and shampoo table were clean and organized. (I brought my own but still.)
