Beware of this company. They bait and switch products. They put items on sale they they do not have in stock and when you want to buy it they want to charge you freight to get it to the store. then they will try and switch you to a cheeper item for the same price Just happened to me. I complained to their cooporate and this is their policy.
This right here is enough for me.
So dissatisfied with this location! Location is dirty, never stocked, carts are in horrible shape and the employees...... well.....they hire the most discourteous employees who are lazy, rude and very much untrained! And management, never ever see anyone! We have been shopping Hammond location since the day they opened and after this weekend, we will not shop there again! On a night when the temperatures are supposed to drop they didn't have anyone that was certified to fill propane. I would think that a manager on duty should be able to do any job that comes up but apparently TS doesn't think that far ahead. Disappointed.
I miss jennifer! She was amazing. If she didn't know about something she tried her best to find out. Also she never pretend to know. If she didn't know she told you but would still assist the customer. She would even give you backwoods remedies to help. Some would get mad cause she would save the customer money and time with these remedies. But that is what keeps customers coming back! Need more workers like her!
Worse place ever. Can't keep things on the self. I have called twice asking about a dog feeder and no one comes to the phone.
