If you are a women don't come to this store. They will help all the men in the store before they help you, especially if you have your kids with you. Also don't buy anything that comes out of the yard....it's all rusted and old. Tractor supply in other states might be good. But in rochester, mn. It is garbage. I will never ever come back.
my mom was given a number by the workers to pick up chickens the next day, and was promised that the numbers would be honored. i get there, and they’re actually not honoring numbers, but instead they’re doing letters. this is BEYOND frustrating, disappointing and plain out disrespectful to customers. some people had to drive an hour just to get to this place, only to be told that the workers lied to their face about an honor system. absolute shame on all of the managers.
Such a wonderful Experience!!! Came to the store needing a few items. Dog food as well as a pair of bibs. When I entered the store I was instantly greeted with such a warm welcome. I ask the cashier if he could get someone to help me with dog food as I could not lift. Shortly I was greeted by the Friendly store manager she was super helpful with the bibs and even pointed out the sale! I was so impressed by the newest staffing members. Will be returning!
Was at the Rochester store today. Needed a part that I was told they have. Employee was very ignorant and not helpful. The manager was extremely rude, made a rude comment to me, turned her ugly back and huffed off. SO RUDE!!!. I will never give my business to them again. Remember: We farmers put food on your plate 3 times a day. Be nice ;/
Inept, every time, failures to fulfill orders stating that they are too short staffed to move freight to the floor. Will never shop again this store.. or any other, since I can get feed elsewhere. These are currently in stock, but cancelled from my order, leaving pending charges for me wait through. Not the first time I was told this, by this exact MOD. Edit- I have emailed the company.
