Bad Business Practice We called to check on a dog kennel weatherproof top and I specifically ask did they have the size we needed in stock and we were told yes. My husband made a special trip (45 minute drive) to the Tractor Supply Store in Middlesboro, Kentucky to get the dog kennel cover and when he got there, he was told they didn't have any in stock. difficulties here. the T.S.C. store in london ky, is very difficult to deal with. oh, the employees are nice enough and really want to sell you merchandise, but after you buy a major item (i bought a huskee mower and its cost was alomost 1500 dollars) thats where the good service ends. I bought this mower last spring 2006. in no time the deck sheared a pin, i went to tsc and i had to wait almost 2 weeks on it to come in so i could use the mower. i ordered 2 more pins for the deck and they have already been used. so i call ts... read more
Great At Christmas Time This Is one of my favorite stors at Christmas, The one thing I have always had a hard time getting the people to help me, and when I ask any Questions it seems like they don't have the answer and seem to busy to find the answer for me. I like there stuff at christmas time more than any other.
Not the best place to shop This review does not go for all Tractor Supply Stores, just the one on Fourth Street in Mansfield, OH. The store is not clean most of the time. It is difficult to find what you are looking for and when try and get help it is almost nowhere to be found. There are questionable charges added to special orders as well. All in all I would travel the extra few miles to go to a different store. They can't all possibly be as bad as this one!
When will we ever get a decent farm store in this area???? Not a great place for reliability. If there is something specific you want, call once, call again on your way there, to make sure they actually have it. Will we ever get an "in-stock" farm store????????
friendly staff These guys are great. Rob the manager is always there with a smile. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
All the big boy stuff If you've ever been frustrated by the lack of knowledge at a home depot, then head on up to TSC. These folks have the knowledge and inventory to help you out with the bigger projects, and your bigger machines. Farm equipment, and lawn tractors or lawnmowers, and all kinds of seed and yard stuff. Trailers, batteries, hardware for the big machines in your garage. They also have a full line of "working clothes"...that is carhartt and other heavy-duty denim and work wear. Great place for farm or home tractor & more supplies We have been here on multiple occasions to find odd parts for our lawnmowers and other yard equipment as well as for our trailer and the staff is very knowledgeable and always able to help us out. They also have clothes, decorations and other hardware type items. You should really check them out.
A Farmer's Department Store Although I miss the Avon Park store, we do still go to the Sebring store on occassion. Tractor Supply has a little bit of everything - pet supplies, clothing, baby ducks, geese and bunnies, toys, hardware supplies, tools, riding lawnmowers and LOTS more. They have belts for our lawnmower at a better price than anywhere else my husband has found. They also sponsor Pet Vet Vaccination Clinics on certain Saturdays.
