Bought an item and ended up having to return it. Both times I was in the store there were multiple customers with no mask on whatsoever. Will never shop there again.
RecommendedProfessional and friendly staff. When I needed to rent a trailer to pick up a generator, due to a power outage that was expected to last another 32 hours, I was getting ready to leave with the trailer and got the call that the power was back on. They were very gracious, with no hassle about a refund on the trailer. 10/10 stars.
I went to the one on Bay Road and found a huge bag of litter for $6 non-clumping and a huge bag of cat food for $18 which would be $30-35 anywhere else and they were wonderful with their customer service. Even when they were busy they answered questions and helped me to my car and the one on Gratiot has done the same!!
Went into the store approximately noon on Saturday April 2nd 2016 walked around Gathering my stuff my total purchase would have been around $100 ask two people to wait on me for a tool box for my trailer and was ignored for 10 minutes while he was waiting on someone else hello you were waiting on me first but hey don't worry I won't be back to your poor customer service store again everything in Shields is falling apart yep Thomas Township Michigan

Always have what I'm looking for when I need it. Very reasonable prices. I do think they should put SANI-WIPES near the shopping carts like the grocery stores do.
