Helpful employees. Clean and organized
Adam went above and beyond to help me! I just got done loading the dog and cat food into my truck and I went to return my cart. My truck was running and decided to lock itself...Adam sat outside for almost half an hour in the cold helping me unlock my truck. I will forever shop at this store just for the amazing customer service! Thank you so much!!
just wondering if it is common to 1, be hung up on when calling a pick up hang up the first time, and 2, when calling right back thinking it was just a mistake, only to be talked to so rudely that you made it a point to tell said female that based on my interactions with her on this call, I don't think I will be visiting this store. They need to get the feed that customers are asking for. Plenty of us need the Purina Show Complete for rabbits. They tell one of us they can't order it, they tell another they won't since they don't sell, even though several buy it, at least a pallet worth a month.
Love that place they have cute clothes and want we need there
