We are always treated w/courtesy & respect, from the moment that we walk in the door! Yesterday, I asked the cashier for a location of a sell item & w/o blinking she answered while checking out the customer at the register. My apology to the male customer for my interruption on his purchase. He was kind & didn't show any animosity!
They need to employ people that aren't lazy rude cows that don't know the meaning of customer service. Only saving grace was their new manager.
It's amazing to me how incredibly rude your cashiers are... Teach them girls some manners.
Travis was extremely helpful and polite with my purchase of a pressure washer. Your lead cashier needs customer service training with internal training of how to speak politely with coworkers as well.
Employee stated the Tractor Supply has a zero 30 day return or exchange policy on a Cub Cadet weed eater. That once the item leaves the store you can NOT return/exchange at the store. You need to contact the manufacturer.
