Staff are friendly and approachable. I enjoy the sales and promotional items they always have displayed up front when you walk in.
A great supply of items for home and farm.
I stay in the truck while Richard goes in and tries to find whatever he's looking for. They usually don't have what he wants!
My son recently moved to Surfside from Louisiana and is working for Railserve. He needed a pair of work boots so I called the store to ask a few questions about how to order them online so he could pick them up at the store in Lake Jackson. I talked to two different ladies Sheryl and Susan and both of them were extremely helpful. They helped walk me through the process and it made it a lot easier. Tractor NO SUPPLY! Their inventory is awful and the feed room is a disorganized mess.
Don't go in there with any questions cause no one can help you. The store always seems trashed.
When there are folks available, they give great service. But they're usually short-handed and you end up standing in line for a bit to check out. I would love to see a poultry or farm swap Saturday! I know other TSC's do it.
The new manager is a very poor customer service representative. She never seems to want to help you with anything and acts like it is a big hassle to talk to you!
