I am not sure of the young man's name who assisted me the other night but he definitely is a top asset to the store. I have purchased from this particular site in Melbourne FL before when in the need and close by. but for this particular purchase I phoned ahead as I live in the neighboring county. poor customer service nearly broke my arm putting a 50 pound bale of hay my shopping cart it wouldn't have been so bad if I wouldn't have been so close to an associate I could have touched him but he was too busy talking with another co-worker to offer assistance. as I was struggling to get the bail of hay out of my shopping cart to put into my trunk I said this is bulshit and I went in and ask for help. a young girl weighing about as much as the bale of hay came out and put it in the cart. shame on you young man.
A lot of very reasonably priced stuff. I Get all of my animal food from here. From the dogs to the chickens.
All the good employees have left — except the kid who helps with the carts. Terrible customer service—- TERRIBLE!! We will Be shopping elsewhere
