Used the dog wash for a husky. Got asked three times by staff if we were done because someone was waiting. For a whole five minutes. I didn't expect to be felt the need to leave instead of drying my dog because of how rude staff was. They were made aware prior to leaving how u professional it was that I couldn't fully dry my dog when we got there first without anyone else there. We have patiently waited over 30 minutes for the wash before. God forbid someone else had to wait a few minutes.
Helpful customer service representatives and staff treated you with respect.
I ask a customer service associate a question, get a snarky remark filled with mockery. I walk through store looking for other needed items and overhear said associate mocking my question to a fellow staff member. Never will I shop TSC again.
Never been let down by a tractor supply before... Chambersburg just sucks all the way around ... If your looking for wrangler work shirts, they ain't got em 🤯
