RecommendedI am very impressed that Tractor Supply is focusing on customer safety and public health by requiring masks. I saw a Tractor Supply worker professionally and politely turn away an individual who refused to wear a mask for a short period of time while in the store to protect everyone and throw a small fit over it before leaving. I am glad that Tractor Supply sticks with their guidelines to keep us all safe.
Tractor Supply in Plainwell is violating constitutional rights by requiring customers to wear masks. I was turned away.

Went to tsc Plainwell today about a warranty issue. After speaking with the power plus warranty department and getting the run around I was pleasantly surprised by excellent customer service from the service manager. She went above and beyond in helping me. They proved customer service is alive and well. Not only will I continue to shop there but I will highly recommended them to anyone I know. THANK YOU!!!!!

(Tony) the new complete store manager is the first person I look for when I go in. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and friendly, they treat me like family everytime I go in.
I purchased a trailer from tractor supply just over a month ago and I am having issues with it, I emailed Tractor supply and all I recieved was a generic email saying I had 30 days to return the item. I should not be having trouble with a trailer that is only a month old. I am very disappointed in the TSC product and even more disappointed in their custom service.
I shop this store on a regular basis. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the store is well stocked.
