RecommendedI visited the Pittsfield store yesterday for my goats, chickens, and pups needs. I was blown away at the friendliness of the staff. Absolutely amazing people there who adored animals and cared about their customers. I've met the manager of this branch before as well, a pleasant customer orientated man who is kind. this of course isnt my first visit being a full-time farmer, but I would highly recommend this store. thank you everyone who was working yesterday!
I went to tsc tonight to buy some chicks and one was dying I asked the guy If I could hold it or take it till It died. He ignored me (meanwhile he was already grabbing chicks) and put it in a box to die. I wish I could of taken them all to get them outta there. I do a ton of shopping here and that really disappointed me.
