I have no issues with the store itself. My problem is how many sleepless nights we suffer due to their alarm going off and no-one comes to turn it off. It is enough to keep me from ever considering shopping there.
The people who work there are always nice. The Humane Society I volunteer for had a scheduling issue at Petco so I called Tractor Supply Co. in Opelika and, even on such short notice, was told we were very welcome to come to their store for our event. We had a great day for our animals and I hope brought business to them. They have a good selection and their prices are great!
Employees are totally oblivious to any kind of farm animal when I ask about chicks don't tell me whites ones red ones and yellow ones that could be anything! You call your self factor supply when I could bet money that not the first employee at my tractor supply doesn't know the first thing about farming or good customer service
