We were waiting in line to purchase a grill. When we finally got up to the check out the manager, David, told us we would have to wait until he helped the other cashier “knock down the line” and then he would have to go to the back to see if they had any. I just spent nearly an hour at the register, trying to pick up an online order I placed this morning, only to be told that the deal/sale items I ordered, were “just a company glitch.” So, I literally got on the TSC app and ordered the exact same thing again, with the TSC “team leader” watching the entire process, all the way through the online checkout, and it was completely normal. I purchased a 40lb bag of Diamond Naturals Adult Lamb and Rice dog food, $49.99 yesterday afternoon. I left it in my van overnight and when I went to get it out of my van, I found it and my van covered in ants. There are 3 small holes in the bag! Called Tractor Supply and they told me that they could do NOTHING about it since it happened outside of the store!!!!!I have been spending OVER $100 a month with them….NEVER again!!!!!
