I'd give less stars if possible. I needed a propane refill. April and Nathan sat on their butts and berated me about bringing an empty tank inside. There's no signage saying no tanks inside. They decided to argue with me and say their propane station is "over there" with no clear indication of where "over there" is even thoughi continually asked where i was supposed to go. This is the worst store in the tractor supply chain. Literally needed help changing my tax exempt information and waited politely for awhile. Then was ignored by the lovely lady at the store. While the district manager and manager chatted while the line was about 6 people deep with one cashier. This is why I never come to this store and prefer the Piedmont store. It’s a joke. The lady at the register, as I approached the self check out yelled “that’s closed” so I said I’m sorry and turned around to the register. When I left I told her thank you so much and she did not respond. There’s way to talk to people. Saying things such as “I’m sorry but that is closed” “thank you have a good day” are common courtesy. It was a very unpleasant encounter, that’s why I was going through self check out that was clearly not closed.

It’s a disgrace that a national chain like TSC has such un qualified and rude staff in the Edmond Store. Since it opened years ago it has steadily gone down hill in service and management. The cashiers are the worst I’ve ever dealt with at TSC. Today was prime example as there were at least 16 customers trying to check out the 2 cashiers (both women) were lost and confused about pricing and other things. Everyone here is always incredibly helpful. We have made three trips out here today for various items and have been met with kind, helpful employees each time. Today we had a negative isolated experience with one employee there was only one checkout lane and it was very long, the person working the checkout had a sling on and was being incredibly rude to everyone.
