I called several TS stores looking for a Vest that my husband wanted for Christmas, after being told that Edmond had them, I called and spoke to Kristin. Although the Edmond store didn't have what I was looking for, Kristin found one in Wetonga for me. She drove there, picked it up, and called me when she got back to the store. I would leave zero stars if this were possible. My husband and I placed an order for over $400 worth of merchandise that we were supposed to be able to pick up at the store. When he went there, they didn’t have it ready, claimed they couldn’t find the order, and it has taken him nearly 2 hours to sort it out; as of now, he is STILL THERE trying to sort it out. @TractorSupply very displeased with your Edmond OK location for resisting to match competitor pricing on 6/24/18 ticket # 789647. Please take down "match any competitors" signs if there is going to be stipulations! Make it transparent! tyvm
Sitting at Tractor Supply in Edmond today, encouraging people to fill out a card of support for American military members, I realized something… They sell a heck of a lot of dog food. Seems like every single cart that gets wheeled out of here has at least one to six bags of dog food in it. I'm glad there are so many well-fed dogs in the city of Edmond. Come on out and see us today. We have T-shirts that show support for our troops. We also have some of our rustic art displayed and available for donation.
I got to the store right before the big rainstorm hit yesterday and the employees were as nice as could be. They let me wait out the storm and were very accommodating
