Yesterday May 17, 2021 the Retriever lodge kennel door panel was listed at 79.99...sku112540999...then today it’s listed online for 99.99. I was told by a store employee today May 18 that the “sale” was over even thought it now says “was$119 NOW 99.99.... as if it’s another “sale”. While still on the phone the same employee said he was told the actual price “today”...still May 19...is $119 and said incorrect online and then I asked what the price will be tomorrow. Dreaded walking into a chain. Local owned shop closed to allow employees one more day for Christmas. You Had what I wanted. When I was leaving after paying I thanked the clerk. He ignored me. Thanked him louder. He was shocked and stammered a thanksgiving You. I knew better. This proved me right.
RecommendedStaff was very helpful. I believe it was the manager that helped me didn’t get her name but, she helped me exchange a broken dog house and made the whole process fast and simple.

Unfortunately, staff was not knowledgeable about their lawnmowers. Purchased one and after bringing it home realized it had defects with the seat which they had tried to tie together with electrical wire. Mower did not run appropriately either and we ended up returning it the next day. Manager was rude and unprofessional on top of it. Went to S&H and had the complete opposite experience.
Live in Strafford Mo. called and asked if they still had the gun safe we were wanting to buy. Wayne said yes. I asked if he could hold us one he said yes. When we arrived there was not a safe left for us to buy. Felt disappointed

It was my favorite place to go in Nixa until yesterday. I was mocked and made to feel stupid for getting propane so my newborn and I could have heat. Maybe your employees should make sure the customer isn't standing behind them before mocking them to other coworkers. No, I can't help load a 100lb filled propane tank right after having a baby, my apologies for the inconvenience.
