Used to like storr Went in to purchase boots and gloves. Boot brand, Wolverine, used to be manufactured in malone ny(way upstate), now made in china, and priced same as american union made boots of similar style, wonder where the extra 200% over walmart boots prices goes. Same story with gloves Guessing i wont be shopping at a store that attempts to FINANCIALLY RAPE ME SELLING LOW GRSDE CHINESE CRAP AT AMERICAN UNION MADE PRICES

Was extremely pissed off here. Drove hours to go there, got treated like we were theives and we were followed around while they whispered. We even split up and kept following us taking turns. All they had to do was ask if we needed help or speak to us. My fiance spends sooooooo much money going to TC, now after the way we were all treated you lost a loyal customer. Oh yea I emailed corporate and only just got an automated email (sunday) , no personal response, or phone call, nothing like you don't give a damn!!!!!!!

I was shopping for a dog create in the Troy store where the staff was extremely helpful and kind but they didn't have the size I needed. They kindly offered to check Clifton Park to see if they had it in stock, which they did. I drove all the way there to purchase the last one they had only to get home and discover it was used and damaged. I went back the following day for a refund and the staff was incredibly rude!!!
