Wish you'd update your store hours on here so I wouldn't drive clear across town to get my dogs food and yall be closed... Google says 8. Yalls time on the store says 7..
If I could do a negative stars I would. We purchased ramps for the trailer rated for 1500 pounds. Loaded a mower on the trailer weighing 1100 pounds using the ramps and the ramps bent. We went to the store to get a refund and were told by Farid the Assistant Manager that we could exchange by ordering a higher rated ramp and pay the difference but we could not get refund as it is “store policy” not to issue refunds He would not consider working with company for factory warranty.
