They focus on repair turn over. They do not want to spend the extra time to actually fix what is broken. They are so busy that they do not have time to fix your car. They will take your money for a bandaid fix. Do not ever take your car there for any engine rebuild work. They did the bare minimum and charges for the cost of a full rebuild.
