My husband and I bought a boat from here. The sales guy was great. The handling of the financials however have been a nightmare. We had private financing. I forgot to sign the check so my bank returned it to Tracker. I got a letter from my bank made contact to let them know I needed to sign it. I never heard back so after about three weeks I followed up to be told I did not owe them any money. I called my bank and they said they paid the check as they got it back signed. ???? Coming here is a constant hassle. Not only do I live 45 minutes away at best, but every time we come (on the weekend) there is either a huge line or no one is available to cut arrows that I need to purchase. It’s the weekend and only one associate working who happened to be out to lunch at 4:00 pm. No sign indicating that he was gone or when he would be back. Archery season is a month away.... seriously. Another associate had to tell us he was gone. All I can say is that your customer service is nothing short of lack luster.... read more
