Went there for the first time yesterday . Customer service was excellent . I had a few feet issues and just had knee surgery , they were excellent put me in two perfect pair of shoes my feet are indeed happy feet .
I always enjoy coming into their store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and overall they provide a great experience. The races they sponsor and put on are also really nice and overall well done and coordinated.
I have always been satisfied with Track Shack. The Brooks Dyads I have worn last 8 years do not work for my feet anymore. Chris recently fitted me for Sauconys and they accommodate all my foot needs with my pinched nerve. I could not ask for anything better. They feel great. Thanks so much Chris and Track Shack.
Very friendly and accommodating place.
I have been going to Track Shack since 1978 when I moved to Florida and ran for Lake Brantley High School. There is nothing like going to a specialty running store and working with real knowledgeable runners. Today I worked with Bruce and he asked all the right questions and looked at my gate. They have been a mainstay in the industry of fitness and health for more years than I can remember. Solid core values and integrity. When I started doing distance running in the late 70's and early 80's, they were the only thing that kept us organized and functional. Even today they continue to work hard at what they do to meet the needs of the customer.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. All these years I've been running in the wrong size shoes; Branden set me up with my right size. I should've gone to the professionals years ago!
Pros: Good location, free events, large shoe and apparel section, plenty of parking, competitive prices, a running club, we got served quickly at the checkout counter. Cons: You have to sign in to be served by a Track Shack worker when you’re buying shoes. No one greeted my husband and I for ten minutes, though they passed us when we walked in and saw us looking around. Overall grade: B+ (To me, customer service is more important than anything.)
