I tooked my daughter this morning to buy her new Brooks shoes, she participates in Track Shack running races and it's training for her first half marathon Disney in January. Abby was really nice and helpul, she had so much patience towards my daughter, she has autism. I give 5 stars , thank you for being so welcoming to the special needs community.

I came into the store, was greeted and then asked to sign in to be helped. I waited approximately 5-10 minutes, then was called over by Abby for fitting. We spent about 15 minutes trying on 4 different pairs of shoes, various brands. I ended purchasing the first pair I tried on which feel like heaven compared to my Nikes I had. The people here are professional and patient. I definitely recommend coming here for your cardio needs!
Customer service like no other!! Knowledgeable and patient staff. I drive an hour to shop at Track Shack & won't go anywhere else to buy my running shoes!

Excellent service from Jake. my Brooks Adrenaline GTS18 are so comfortable. I have now ran in them 4 days and am very happy. Jake took the time to take care of me. He brought me out almost 10 pairs of shoes to find the right fit. Thank you again
