Traci was outstanding to say the least!! We wouldn't have been able to find the beautiful house we now call home! Very knowledgeable in her field and the surrounding area. She was able to find the houses with the descriptions we gave her for views, seems like she was always available for a viewing since my job schedule always changes. And was able to recommend a roofer, plumber, inspector, etc. if needed. This was no easy sale. Every week was a new set of unforseen problems she went out if her way to assist in more ways than I could ask and the best part is we got top dollar in the end.

Traci is a joy to work with.. she really assisted us during our hunt for a home to live while we were relocating from Michigan. Without Traci assistance, relocating and trying to find the right place would have been a nightmare.. thankfully for her knowledge of the area made our search very easy.

Trace made selling my childhood home, when my mom passed, seamless. I lived out of state at the time and she went above and beyond helping me navigate the hoops of selling a house that was in probate. I was frequently updated on the offers and appraisals, and always followed up with me when after sending e-mails for my review making sure I understood everything.
