Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've never met a more polite, respectful rehabilitation specialist.
This provider was a wonderful doctor; very thorough and immediately cordial. Which I found surprising, since the quality of the front office service is so appalling that I almost cancelled my visit. The first patient contact for this provider is a terrible front office clerk named Judy. Rude, offensive, and just plain mean.
