RecommendedMy husband has been taking vehicle's to Tracey's for many years. He works 3rd shift so he is hard to get in touch with during the day. Tracey sends narrated videos of what he has found on the car to explain what needs to be fixed. I think this is so awesome! He is always happy to also explain and show in person what needs to be done. My husband is very skeptical of auto mechanics, but he trusts Tracey!
My car broke down when I was 4 hours away from home and I could not feel more blessed to have coincidently ended up at Tracey's! Tracey along with the woman in the office were beyond exceptional. Tracey saw I was a little shaken up and try to calm me down by showing me what exactly the problem was - even made a video for me as he took out the part so I could understand what he was doing.
