Andrew recommended the Napoleon 9700. The furnace is very quiet, cannot tell when it comes on. The install went according to plan. Alex did a great job. Everything neat and tidy. There was a concern with the hew humidifier but the concern was quickly addressed and all is good . The manufacturer of the humidifier "Aprilaire" should realize that the units are sold in Canada and that the Humidifier control should be in degrees C not F. Recommend team Tracey
As always, a wonderful experience with the guys. They were prompt in their work and also threw in a change of thermostat for free. I had originally worked with them to help me install a heat pump system last year and they helped me with the green rebate which came through without any issues. They were helpful & competitively priced and also helped me with the details of the program. It’s great to see that even a year down the line their service is as great as ever!
