More than a little disappointed. We are FLYING IN in 2 days to view a property listed by this property management firm. Good thing I checked! It apparently was leased some time in the last week - and I was not informed. We have an appointment scheduled WITH Tracey. Very disappointed. I'm sure this woman is busy, but this is pretty freakin' rude. A simple email would have been polite.
It would have been nice to get a simple "no" before wasting our $40 application fee and a week of everyone's time, based on the thorough info we disclosed from the beginning. Sarah Fyfe was very pleasant to work with though.
